Lenny Lind CoVision President & Senior Consultant
Lenny is a pioneer in the field of technology-assisted group process for many years focusing on face-to-face meetings, and more recently adding support for dispersed executive teams and project teams. Since 1992, he has led CoVision through 3000 client meetings and guided the company through many stages of innovation and growth. He is also the co-author of the best selling book, Facilitator’s Guide to Group Decision-Making, 1996.
Josh Kaufman - Vice President & Technical Director
Josh Kaufman has been CoVision’s Technical Director since 1996 and was named Vice President in 1998. In that time, Mr. Kaufman has managed the technology implementation of CoVision’s groupware system for over 300 meetings and conferences. He is an expert in wireless networking for large meetings and is the lead programmer for CoVision’s groupware application, WebCouncil.
Todd Erickson Eastern Region Manager & Senior Consultant
Todd began working for CoVision in 1992 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Eastern Region Manager in 1996. In the past 11 years, Todd has supported the facilitation of over 500 important meetings and conferences for a variety of government, corporate, non-profit, and community organizations. He has broad experience in utilizing collaborative technologies to support strategic planning and organizational alignment, approaching this work by emphasizing the appropriate use of collaborative tools, together with excellent process design and facilitation.
Karl Danskin Senior Consultant
Karl came to CoVision with a background of psychology, theater arts and group energetics. For the last nine years he has focused entirely on developing interactive group meeting processes utilizing CoVision’s tools. He has been involved in every stage of meeting design from facilitator briefing to in-room execution. Karl has worked with all sizes of meeting groups, from ten-person board meetings to public forums for thousands.
Gawe Gornitzka Nordic Region Manager & Senior Consultant
Gawe, based in Stockholm, brings to CoVision a strong sense of the Nordic market and how to grow Council activities there. His university education in marketing, his decades of experience in strategic planning, and his excellent command of English combine to make him a strong contributor. While not running Council meetings, Gawe coaches his sons’ football (soccer) teams and rips up on guitar and keyboards with bandmembers old enough to know better.
Christian Saucedo Production Manager
Christian arrived at CoVision in the Fall of 1998 with a background in project management. As Production Manager, he oversees all of the logistical planning for our meetings. His duties range from managing and testing the equipment to being on the meeting room floor, ensuring smooth operation of our Council system. In his five years with CoVision, he has planned hundreds of meetings from Hong Kong to Budapest (even some in San Francisco), in group sizes ranging from 15 to 5,000 participants.
Jeanine Richardson Controller
Jeanine has been managing CoVision's books for well over 15 years. She keeps job-cost records, does cash-flow analysis and keeps overall General Ledger records. Her work feeds our CPA on a regular basis. As with all of us at CoVision, Jeanine has diverse interests including live country music and a deep commitment to care of wild animals. She is a licensed Wild Animal Technician in the State of California.
